Logos Players present “Skin of Our Teeth”

March 17, 2018 6:00 pm

“The Skin of Our Teeth”, a captivating, entertaining, and timely play written by innovative playwright, Thornton Wilder, will be Logos Players’ 19th dinner theater production. This Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy/drama follows a universal family through three acts of potential disaster, wrought by natural and human causes. Wilder intended the play to address human endurance in the face of perpetual threats to civilization. Fortunately, he was an optimist! Logos Players’ Founder, Becky Bell-Greenstreet, is the director.

Friday and Saturday dinner theaters will be held March 9, 10, 16 and 17 with dinner at 6:00 pm followed by the show at 7:00 pm. Dinner shows are $15 in advance or $18 at the door. All shows are held on stage at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. Dinner theaters feature a dessert auction at intermission. All of the proceeds from the dessert auction and half of the proceeds from ticket sales go to benefit The Devereux Center.

Tickets are available online at logosplayers.eventbrite.com or call the church office at 541.267.2347 between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm Mon – Fri. Logos Players is an outreach theater ministry of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. Performing dinner theater for a cause, the group has raised over $30,000 for local non-profit organizations since its inception in 2009.
