2016 Halloween Events

Now to October 31st

12:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Monday through Thursday – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Friday through Sunday – Mahaffy Ranch – Enjoy picking a pumpkin, going through a Corn maze, hay rides, slides. October 22nd
6:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Women’s Safety and Resource Center – Shake, Rattle and Roll gets spooky at the North Bend Community Center. This Fundraiser event will include music, dancing, dinner, costume contests, auction items, costume contests and games. Ticket information call 541-888-1048.


October 28th

7:00PM to 10:00 PM – Egyptian Theatre – United Way’s “Live United” Film Festival kicks off with Zombieland. 21 and over event with beer furnished by 7 Devils Brewing Company. There will be a photo booth so costumes are encouraged, door prizes raffles and more. $5.00 general admission or $20.00 gets you the Zombie special of movie, beer pint glass with 2 beers and a door prize entry. http://egyptiantheatreoregon.com/

 

7:00 PM to 9:00 PM – Halloween Dance Party – The Boys and Girls club of Southwestern Oregon is hosting a Halloween Dance for kids in grades 5th through 8th. There is a $7.00 admission fee.

 

9:00 PM – The Blue Moon – Halloween Foreplay with the Band Run Forest Run


October 29th

10:15 PM – Costume Contest – The Mill Casino is hosting a Halloween Costume Contest. $1,000 dollars is cash prizes. Costumes that disguise your identity such as masks or full face paint are not allowed on the casino floor. Toy weapons of any kind are prohibited. 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM – Egyptian Theatre – Beetlejuice Beer and Movie Night Fundraiser for the Connect the Boardwalks. $5.00 donation with kids under 12 free. Contact Skip for more information at 209-256-2414

 

6:00 PM to 9:00 PM – Ghost & Graveyards Tour of Coos Bay – Southwestern Oregon Community College and Upward Bound. Join them for a good time in Coos Bay where you will explore cemeteries and buildings filled with haunts, myths and urban legends. For ticket information call 541-888-7332

 

7:00 PM – North Bend Lanes – Enjoy Scary Oaky Cosmic Bowling and live Music with The Clam Diggers, a costume contest, great food, live music and a whole lot more. There is a $5.00 fee.

3:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Downtown Trick or Treat – Visit businesses in Downtown Coos Bay displaying an Orange Poster with a pumpkin for Coos Bay’s annual Safe Trick or Treat. http://coosbaydowntown.org/

 

3:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Trunk ‘N’ Treat Downtown Coos Bay – On 4th street across from Outdoor In. Local businesses “dress up” their cars and line up for handing out candy. http://coosbaydowntown.org/

 

5:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Malloween – Pony Village Mall opens their doors for children to have a safe Halloween in North Bend. Games and prizes including BINGO, Costume Contests and a bus full of candy. Stay out of the rain and cold weather and bring the kids down. http://ponyvm.com/

 

5:30 PM to 8:00 PM – Bay Area Church of the Nazarene – Community Fall Festival, Carnival games, Inflatable Fun Houses, food and candy. Children must be with an adult.
